Why South Delhi is a prime location for real estate ?
South Delhi has long been synonymous with affluence and prestige. The story of its prime status stretches back centuries, when the Delhi Sultanate chose this area to establish its capital. The British furthered this development by introducing modern infrastructure, laying out well-planned avenues and buildings that still stand tall. The modern retail revolution also began in South Delhi. Ansal Plaza became the city’s first shopping mall. The entertainment experience was redefined with PVR Anupam, Delhi’s first multiplex. South Delhi has always balanced urbanisation with nature, Deer Park, Jahanpanah Forest, Sanjay Van, Siri Fort Forest, Hauz Khas Lake, Sundar Nursery is the lush ridges scattered across the region provide green lungs that offer respite from the bustling streets.
The area became the preferred address for influential personalities. Business tycoons, politicians, artists, and diplomats made South Delhi their home. Owning property in this part of the city became more than just real estate; it became a symbol of status. The combination of history, infrastructure, connectivity, and prestige makes South Delhi a timeless choice for investment.
